1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Contenify AI ("Platform", "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using Contenify AI, you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Account Registration

  • You must create an account to access most features of the Platform.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
  • Each account is for a single user unless you subscribe to a team plan.

4. Permitted Use

You may use Contenify AI to generate, edit, and publish content for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to generate spam, misleading, or deceptive content.
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the platform.
  • Use the Service to generate content that is harmful, hateful, or illegal.
  • Share your account credentials with unauthorized parties.
  • Use automated bots to access the Service in ways that exceed your subscription tier.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

  • Access to premium features requires a paid subscription.
  • Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. We do not store payment card information.
  • Subscription fees are charged at the start of each billing period.
  • All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.
  • Unused tokens or credits do not roll over between billing periods unless explicitly stated.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing dashboard. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period, after which access to premium features will be removed. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods.

7. Intellectual Property

Your content: Content you create using Contenify AI is yours. You retain ownership of all original content you generate. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store and process your content solely to provide the Service.

Our IP: The Contenify AI platform, software, branding, and underlying AI models are our exclusive property. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works based on our platform without written permission.

8. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Contenify AI generates content using artificial intelligence. While we strive for accuracy and quality, AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or outdated information. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and fact-checking content before publication. We are not liable for any consequences arising from the use of AI-generated content.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Contenify AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

10. Service Availability

We aim to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend or terminate access for maintenance, security, or legal reasons. We will provide reasonable notice where possible.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
